On Windows, open up a Cygwin shell (bash) change to the location of softcam.key directory (on my system 'cd /cygdrive/c/softcam.key' and run it using './getall', while on Linux open a terminal, change into that directory, and run it with command './getall'. I don't have other platforms to test it on, so you're on your own with other than Windows and Linux. Once you start the program, it will print some information on screen, and after it completes you will have a SoftCam.Key file generated in its directory.
