About 07/01/04
TkDVB is a program written by me for watching TV channels (and listening to radio ones too) on your computer.
When will mature a bit it will work on Windows and Linux. And there's room for more.

It will probably have many many features (hey, if you have suggestions then send them to me. Thank you).

Why open source? 07/01/04
"An entirely sufficient case for open-source development rests on its engineering and economic outcomes -- better quality, higher reliability, lower costs, and increased choice." for more on the open source battle read The Magic Cauldron by Eric S. Raymond.

FAQ 07/01/04

When will be first release ?
In March-April 2004. Preview release 1 was on 20th of January. Most probably will work only for Windows, and Skystar2. Further versions will support Linux and other cards.

What systems are supported?
Windows (2000/98/Me/XP/NT?) and Linux. If there are DVB cards working on other systems (Unixes, Mac) tell me, and I'll take that in consideration, see what I can do.

What cards are supported?
I'm starting with Skystar2, probably Skystar1 will follow, then all cards supported by DVBCore/MyTheatre.
