I have pictures since then, but I show them only to trusted people, and on night time (I might be a president some time in the future, and I want my public image to be clean ;) ) The next period is a bit blurry, probably after the shock of the act of being born (I heard about a baby somewhere who was so shocked that he couldn't speak for 3 years !, so I guess I was lucky) From the age of seven (months, course) I grew up in the lovely Carpathians, in a beautiful region near Rm. Vilcea, at 35 Kms. I had there plenty of playgrounds, like forests, caves, a mountain river at only 150 meters from my grandparents house, where I used to catch fish sometimes (using only my hands, I didn't knew how to use an angling rod ;) ). I didn't eat the fish, but we had some ducks who really enjoyed to eat them (We had big ducks ! :) ) I also went to kindergarten there, and I am glad I went there, because I learned some cool tricks, such as how to make a sailing boat from ...walnuts. Yeap, we used that to cross our Otasau river, we did that OK, we also invited the mayor, because it was plenty of room for all ;) (no, they were little sailing boats, made from half of the walnut's shell, filled with cotton, and an imposing mast in the middle - anyway, the idea is patented already, so be careful with the copyright law, OK ?) After this enchanting period of my life, I had to go to school (I did that in Craiova). There's nothing much to talk about that period, you know how's in school, and I wasn't quite an angel, I remember I had plenty of ideas of how to make our teachers go crazy ... in rest, I was a good kid, as anyone tells me (just when we are speaking face to face, wonder why). My first 'fourth grade encounter' with a 'real' computer was in high school (in Gr. Sc. George Bibescu), and it was an astonishing 80286 with 1 M of RAM, and 40 Megs of HDD, and 12 MHz. I had also a Spectrum at home, and after I played all the possible games on it, I begun to crack games for me and my friends, so I first learned assembly language on a Spectrum (in fact it was a HC90 compatible Spectrum, made by ICE Felix, with a Z80 processor, and working at approx. 4Mhz.) I still have it , I'm waiting for the Linux version for Z80, that's why I kept it ;) Anyway, after doing the high school, I went to the University, to study Computers, so that's how I got to The Faculty of Computers, Automation, Electrotechnics and Electronics, Computer Science Department, in Craiova. I am also working for MuseGlobal as a programmer with a full time job. I still love nature, as I was taught when I was young, I still love to climb trees, if I have the occasion, I still love to enter in non - illuminated caves, I still love to stay on an edge and watch to a wolf crossing the valley (Yea, I used to do that into the mountains, there were lots of animals - some of them dangerous - but they don't just attack humans, and I knew that). I just finished faculty :) (Bachelor degree that is). Started on Master degree. Working more in Tcl/Tk. See the 'satellites' menu.
